At EFFECT AUDIO, we believe the true test of an exceptional cable's performance should be experienced within the context of your personal audio setup. Hence, we're thrilled to offer a home trial program, allowing you to fully appreciate the craftsmanship and auditory distinction of our cables in familiar surroundings.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for the duration of the trial. The deposit charge is 60% for all products (excluding flagship and ultra-flagship items, which may have different terms depending on stock availability).

Rest assured, the deposit will be fully refunded if you decide to return the item.
How to Participate
Engaging with our home trial program is effortless. Identify the cable you wish to experience from our selection, reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the deposit process. Once confirmed, we’ll dispatch the cable to you. Detailed loan terms are available for review to guarantee a seamless and gratifying experience with our home trial program.

Loan Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Trial Duration:
The home trial period extends for 14 days from the date of delivery.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit, the amount of which will be specified per product, is required to secure a loan. This deposit will be facilitated via a PayPal invoice generated by us and is fully refundable upon the return of the cables in their original condition. The deposit charge is 60% for ALL products. Please note that borrowers must also cover any additional PayPal refund charges should they wish to refund the item.
Shipping Costs:
EFFECT AUDIO is responsible for outbound shipping costs. The borrower is accountable for the cost of return shipping using a traceable service to ensure safe and confirmed delivery.
Care of Property:
All cables and accessories must be returned in the same condition they were received. Any damage or changes to the cables will result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit.
Packaging:
Cables must be returned in their original packaging. If the packaging has been damaged, borrowers are required to return the cables in comparable protective packaging.
Identification:
Borrowers must provide a valid photo ID and recent proof of address before the loan can be approved and processed.
Cancellation of Trial:
If a decision is made to cancel the home trial, borrowers are required to notify EFFECT AUDIO immediately and return the product within the remaining trial period.
Loan Agreement:
Borrowers accept full responsibility for the cables during the trial period. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, loss, damage, or theft of the loaned cables.
Return Procedure:
At the end of the trial period, borrowers agree to follow the provided return instructions. Borrowers are only required to return the product if he/she decides not to purchase it by the end of the trial period.
