• Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product and other applicable circumstances. Any shipping fees paid to Effect Audio cover the transportation services specified for the order and do not include import duties, taxes, customs charges or third party fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

• For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, administrative fees and any other charges imposed by customs authorities, courier companies, logistics providers or other third parties in connection with the importation, customs clearance and delivery of the shipment.

• Such duties, taxes and third party charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Effect Audio unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. These charges are determined and collected independently by the relevant customs authority, courier, logistics provider or other third party and may vary depending on the destination, shipment value, applicable regulations and the policies of the relevant service provider.

• By placing an international order with Effect Audio, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, customs charges and third party fees required for your shipment to be cleared and delivered. Effect Audio is not responsible for reimbursing or covering such charges assessed after shipment, including courier brokerage, disbursement, customs processing, administrative, handling or clearance fees, except where such charges arise directly from an error made by Effect Audio in the preparation of the shipment documentation.

• Effect Audio does not control the assessment or collection of import duties, taxes, customs charges or third party fees and cannot guarantee the amount, if any, that may be imposed. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs authority or the relevant courier for further information regarding potential charges before placing an order.

• We collect a shipping fee for retermination and cable repairs, including items under warranty. Standard shipping is USD 20, and express shipping is USD 50. However, these prices may vary depending on the destination address.

• For products that are dead on arrival and reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product, shipping costs associated with the approved return or replacement will be covered by us.
